The Comedy Roast Tournament - The Heats
LiverpoolHot Water Comedy Club at Blackstock Market, 17 Blackstock Street, Liverpool L3 6ER
Doors Open: 15:30| Show: 17:00| Ends: 19:00
The tournament kicks off May 24th with the opening round consisting of 32 battles spread out over 8 weeks.

Every Sunday will see 4 preliminary battles, where the winners are decided by two resident roast masters and when necessary, the audience acting as a tie-breaking vote!

Winners. Move ahead and the losers are eliminated as every week brings us closer to the grand final in September, and a £1000 cash prize and trophy.

Callum Oakley
Hot Water Comedian of the Year 2017 Winner!!   Callum Oakley is a Stand Up Comedian from the Wirral.Starting comedy from the early age of 14 he has quickly found his feet at stand up. Callum is definitely an exciting comic for the future.

Jordan Ducharme
A Canadian comedian who's been taking the UK scene by storm. Moving to England in 2019, Jordan managed to establish himself as one to watch. In the time he's been here, Jordan has managed to become a regular at most clubs in the North West, and has started branching out to other spots all over the UK. Alex hails from the North West of England. His endearing, anxious and sometimes dark approach combined with his likeable personality make him an audience favourite!

Tom Lewtas
The most innocent looking lad with a very dark mind. Tom uses a combination of unique observations of the modern world to make to you question everything. The main question being “why is there a child on stage?”

Will Smith
Starting in August 2023, blending solid joke writing and warm stage presence Will connects to most audiences immediately. Will Smith has had a quick rise in the Liverpool comedy scene. Providing tales from a messed up life that only could lead to Stand Up.

Bella Cagnoli
Bella is a bubbly 21 year old based in London and Manchester. Her style is anecdotal, and she talks about being Gen Z, her Italian heritage and also her gap year. Her performance is chaotic and hyperactive, the best way to describe her is a ‘hot mess’. She's also a BTF World Series Semi Finalist.
