Accessibility Information

At Blackstock Market, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors. Whether you’re attending a show, enjoying food and drinks, or visiting the rooftop terrace, we’ve ensured our venue is welcoming and accessible for everyone.

Step-Free and Wheelchair Access

The entire venue is step-free and fully wheelchair accessible.

All areas are accessible by lift, including our theatres, lounges, bars, mezzanine and rooftop terrace.

Flat flooring and ramps are in place throughout for easy access.

Tables and seating areas are arranged to accommodate wheelchair users in all bars and public spaces.

All performance stages (except Whiskey and Water stage) are also accessible. 

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available on all levels of the venue, except the rooftop.

The rooftop is accessible by lift; facilities can be reached on the floors below.

Assistance Dogs and Mobility Scooters

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue.

Mobility scooters are permitted in all public areas.

Seating Options

A mix of seating is available across the Cocktail Bar, Lounge, Mezzanine, and Rooftop.

• Wheelchair-accessible spaces are available in all areas including high back chairs in the mezzanine.

• Guests can walk in or reserve tables in advance.

Baby Care and Breastfeeding

We are a Liverpool Bambis-accredited venue and proudly support breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding is welcome throughout the venue.

A private space is available on request – please ask a member of staff if you would prefer to breastfeed in a quieter location.

Baby Changing Facilities 

We have baby changing facilities in most accessible toilets around the venue, for assistance please ask a member of staff. 

Easy app ordering for all food and drink options 

Quick and easy App ordering available on every table, delivered straight to your seat - no need to queue at the bar.

Parking

We do not have on-site parking, including accessible parking bays. We recommend checking nearby public car parks or arranging drop-off before your visit.

On Arrival

A host will be available at the entrance to welcome you for most open times. 

For quieter times if there is no host; or if they are assisting another guest, please speak to any member of staff at the bar or on the floor – they’ll be happy to help.

Hot Water Comedy Club* is committed to making live comedy accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Wheelchair Access

All theatre spaces include dedicated wheelchair seating with excellent views of the stage.

Wheelchair spaces are limited and subject to availability, be sure to book ahead and notify us to we can accommodate your space. We will always respond within 24 hours (48 hours during busy periods) so please make sure to check for our reply incase we require additional information - this reply is also receipt that your message has reached us. 

To reserve a wheelchair space:

1. Book a standard ticket as normal.

2. Contact us via the Hot Water Comedy Help Centre to let us know you require a wheelchair space so we can update your booking.

Additional Leg Room

Our theatres offer seats with a variety of additional leg room, these are also subject to availability but can usually accommodate this. 

Be sure to contact us after booking so we can update your booking notes, be sure to notify the show manger upon arrival so they can assist. 

Visual Access and Other Needs

If you require specific seating for visual access, or have other access requirements, please contact us after booking and we’ll do our best to assist.

Our team can also provide assistance on arrival if needed.

Carer Tickets

A free companion/carer ticket is available for guests who require essential assistance.

The companion ticket will match the standard or lowest-priced ticket for the show.

• To request a carer ticket:

1. Book your ticket as normal (minus your carer ticket)

2. Contact us via the Help Centre to request the additional carer ticket.

Proof of eligibility will be required.

*Carer tickets and wheelchair accessible spaces and other requirements are only bookable for our own venue. For external tour shows at other cities and venues please contact the venue directly.
