The Hot Seat with Craig Cavanagh is a live audience podcast that puts the spotlight firmly on the people behind the public image.

Hosted by Craig Cavanagh and recorded at Hot Water Comedy Club, the show invites some of the UK’s biggest names from sport, entertainment, and culture to sit down and tell their story properly. From where it all began, through the setbacks, sacrifices, and defining moments, to the success and life they’ve built today this is about the full journey, not the headlines.

Each episode is raw, honest, and conversational, stripping away PR polish in favour of real talk, reflection, and humour. Guests are taken back to the start of their journey, guided through the highs and lows of their career, and given the space to speak openly about the moments that shaped them.

The live audience plays an active role, submitting questions during the show for a Q&A segment, before things finish on a lighter note with “The Hot Tea” a fun, interactive games round that reveals the guest’s personality beyond their profession.

Part interview, part storytelling, part live experience, The Hot Seat is where big names come to speak freely, connect with audiences, and show who they really are.
