Stevie Mitchell is a Glasgow stand-up with over 300 gigs under his belt, performing across the UK, New York and Boston, with regular spots at Hot Water Comedy Club.
Originally taking to the stage for a one-off charity gig, Stevie was quickly encouraged to keep going and, three years later, he's sold out the Glasgow International Comedy Festival twice with his solo shows Close, But No Cigar (2025) and Too Close, But Still No Cigar (2026).
His material blends sharp storytelling from a life that's taken him from a Glasgow housing scheme to construction projects around the worla, mixed with singing, rapping, dancing, impressions and over 20 accents.
High-energy, warm, and packed with variety, Stevie brings every room along for the ride. His high-energy style keeps every audience locked in.
Alongside stand-up, Stevie has written a brand-new comedy musical play that will enjoy a full run at the Edinburgh Festival, in addition to his own Fringe stand-up run in 2026.
