This is not your average open mic. At 3 Minutes of Fame, anyone can step up — brand-new comedians, first-timers with a pocketful of jokes, or even that brave mate from the audience who suddenly fancies their chances. If you’ve got the nerve, all you need to do is sign up on the night and wait for your moment in the spotlight.

 

 

How it Works

  • Unlimited sign-ups from 4PM until 8:30pm, it's first on the list, first on the stage - the earlier you arrive, the better your chances.
  • Once the show is underway, three audience judges take control.
  • They each have a buzzer… and they can hit it at any time.
  • If all three buzzers go, your set is over. Brutal. Fair. Hilarious. 


Your mission? Survive the full three minutes. Do that, and you’ve officially beaten the buzzer, earning yourself a spot in the night’s final showdown — plus serious bragging rights.

 

 

What’s in It for the Comics?

Every performer, whether you soar or crash and burn, gets a free drinks voucher after their set.

Consider it a reward for bravery (or a consolation prize).

 

At the end of the night, all the survivors return to the stage for a rapid-fire final, where the winner is decided the only way that matters — a full audience clap-off. No judges. No buzzers. Just noise, chaos, and pure crowd love.
