Artist John Charles & Friends ‘FONO’ (For One Night Only) Blackstock Market Liverpool, Thursday May 23rd 18:00 - 20:00. This exhibition promises to be like no other, it’s taking place in one of the newest and coolest venues in Liverpool, with the event bringing together a community of artists, with ages ranging from 17-40 years old. Looking back in time, Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin meeting, both artist took their work to new levels through collaboration. JC aims to do the same with FONO, propelling artists to new levels, meeting future collectors and admirers of their work whilst building a group of creators to help each other in years to come. Most artists involved in this exhibition have never exhibited before, this was important for JC as he wanted to use his platform and experience to give others a chance that he never had early on in his career. Life has become far too much ‘dog-eat-dog’, with common unity long forgotten in so many industries, JC wants to bring about a comeback in the art world.
