At Hot Water Comedy Club, we love showing appreciation to our everyday ‘blue light’ heroes. Enjoy a completely free comedy show on us*—but please note the following steps to claim your Blue Light ticket:

How to Claim Your Blue Light Ticket

1. Check Eligibility:

- Blue Light tickets are only available for events displaying the Blue Light ticket option.

- Not all events are eligible for this offer.

2. Purchase a Standard Ticket:

You must purchase the required standard ticket first (not including your blue light ticket, for example, if you buy one full-price ticket, you are eligible to purchase one Blue Light ticket. If you buy two full-price tickets, you can purchase two Blue Light tickets if each blue light ticket holder each has their own blue light ID from the list below, and so on).

3. Request Your Blue Light Ticket:

- After purchasing, visit our Help Centre to submit a request. Our team will manually add a free Blue Light ticket to your booking.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Booking in Advance: Blue Light tickets must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. They cannot be redeemed on the door.

• One free Blue Light ticket per eligible ID.  One free ticket per fully paid ticket.

• Exclusions apply, all eligible shows will display a "blue light" ticket option.  This offer can not be used for touring shows, special events, or “An Audience With” shows.

• Subject to availability.

• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing orders

• Valid photographic ID and Blue Light status verification must be shown on the night, or the full ticket price will be charged for entry.

• Accepted Blue Light ID includes the following (photo ID also required if not shown on the card):

• NHS staff card

• Police warrant card or police ID card

• Fire service ID card

• Ambulance service ID card

• Social care workers ID card

• HM Coastguard ID

• Military ID card, Veteran ID card, or discharge papers

• Prison service ID card

• Charity ID card (related to emergency services only)

• Blue Light Card or Digital Blue Light Card

• Teacher Digi-card.
