OFFCIAL CLUB COVID-19 UPDATE: friday 20th March

At Hot Water Comedy Club, the health and safety of everyone at our venues is our priority, so we have been closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation.

In light of the current Covid 19 threat we have decided it is best to close down shows until 1st May. This date may change but please keep visiting this page for future updates and due to the amount of calls and emails we're receiving please don't get in touch for shows after 30th April. 

We hope to be providing laughter again sooner rather than later but we will will be providing a double credit note (EG. if you spent £50, your credit note will be for £100) for all existing bookings for shows that we're due to be taking place from 18th March to 30th April 2020 so you can choose a date and time of your convenience. These credit notes will have no expiry date and can be used for any future show at all. We value your custom.

We at Hot Water Comedy Club have worked hard for 10 years bring laughter to all and this virus will not stop us.

If you have a show booked between 18th March 2020 and 30th April 2020:

- Your credit note will automatically be sent via email to the email used when making your booking

- All credit needs to be used in a single transaction when booking online 

- Credit notes do not have an expiry date

- All credit notes will be for double the value of your original ticket/drinks/meal transaction (if you spent £50, your credit note will for £100)

- Please allow up to 14 days to receive your credit note and be sure to check your junk/spam folder before emailing in.

- Credit notes will be issued in order of earliest shows, but please don't make contact unless your show was 14 days or more ago and you still haven't received your credit note as we have an incredible amount of admin to do to issue these to you.
